Chicken and Stuffing Casserole

I cook chicken in the oven till it was almost done
took it out and chopped into small pieces
mixed together 1 pack of stuffing -1 1/2 warm water-
1 pack of frozen mixed veggies -defrosted-
and ricotta cheese about a 1/2 cup

I topped with a little more cheese.

I put it all together and baked for another 30mins.

**Ok so it turned out a little plain.... I added some salt that helped.
So next time use a little less cheese and season it before stirring it all together.

Pork Chops CP

The original recipe goes like this.
Put Pork chicks in the bottom of the crock pot
cover with 1 pk of Onion soup mix
and 1/2 of 1 small chopped onion.

What I did is add potatoes in the bottom.
And a bit of water.

As always I started with frozen meat in the morning so it was cooked on low for 8 hours.
It turned out good!

Granola

12c oatmeal
1c oil
1c nuts
1c raisins
1c choc chips
1c honey
2T vanilla
1c brown sugar
1t cinommon
1t cloves
1t nutmag
1t salt

mix all dry stuff
add wet
air well
bake 250
stir often
as it cools stir often

Monkey Munch

9 c or one small box of cereal -we use life-
1/4c butter or margarine
1 c of choc chips
1/2 c peanut butter
1-2 teaspoons of vanilla -optional-

in a pan I melt the butter and then add the peanut butter
when it melts add the choc
pour mixture over the cereal
stir and stir and stir
spread out and let cool.
YUM
Some people add powdered sugar I don't.
I use hippie butter like cranola margarine.
I also add a bit more peanut butter.
If it seems to thick add a bit more butter or margarine.
I also use dark choc or semi sweet

Tater-Tot Nachos

Bake up your tots
top with chili
cheese
bake till cheese is melted

serve with salsa sour cream
whatever....

I have also used cheese soup and nacho cheese to top this.
we prefer cheese.

Chicken Alfredo CP

Throw frozen chicken in CP
pour on 1 jar of sauce.
About 20min before dinner throw in veggies.
