Chicken and Stuffing Casserole

I cook chicken in the oven till it was almost done
took it out and chopped into small pieces
mixed together 1 pack of stuffing -1 1/2 warm water-
1 pack of frozen mixed veggies -defrosted-
and ricotta cheese about a 1/2 cup

I topped with a little more cheese.

I put it all together and baked for another 30mins.

**Ok so it turned out a little plain.... I added some salt that helped.
So next time use a little less cheese and season it before stirring it all together.
