CP means Crockpot
I normally deal with frozen meat. So unless stated otherwise just figure it is started frozen.
If I start dinner in the morning then I put whatever meat in the Crockpot and cook it on LOW.
If I get a latter start I will put it in around Noon and cook on HIGH till dinner.
Dinner here is at 5p.
